If you ever have a chance to meet Carlos, you’ll quickly discover just how hard of a worker he is. Carlos is driven by an ambition to learn new things and is making the most of his time as a DI associate.

“I love it,” Carlos says. “There is a lot of companionship and a lot of respect [at DI].”

Prior to coming to the United States, Carlos worked as a street vendor and a chef in his native country of Venezuela. Now he is contributing to society in an entirely new setting.

To help him reach bigger goals, Carlos has enrolled in English classes and applied to receive forklift certification training. These are just some of the resources available to all DI associates.

Carlos particularly appreciates the opportunity he has to work alongside others. He recognizes that everyone plays an important role in accomplishing tasks and enjoys the interactions.
