Meet Austin, one of DI’s amazing associates. Austin’s favorite color is yellow, which is fitting given his glowing personality. He has been employed at DI for three years now and has worked hard to strengthen his skills during that time.

“I have become more aware and more helpful,” Austin says. “I have more to contribute.”

One of the ways Austin contributes is by organizing and straightening clothes before they are put on the sales floor. He also answers customer questions and directs them to items they are looking for in the store.

“What I enjoy most is just helping people,” Austin says. “I love serving.”
