What does a job developer do?

Ryan helps associates pursue a fulfilling career by determining their ideal job and creating plans to make reaching their goals possible. Not only does he work with associates in-store, but he also facilitates job search trainings online with people throughout the region and sets up meetings and interviews with employers interested in hiring DI associates.
