What does a job coach trainer do?

Hau mentors a team of associates to help them succeed. He works with them to set career goals that they can achieve during their time at Deseret Industries and afterward. He follows up on these goals daily and encourages associates to do their best. His goal is to help his team develop valuable work skills so they can prepare for the future.
