Thanks for Donating

We are excited to be reopening our stores for shopping and donating. See our Schedule a Donation appointment page for details on your local store, including anticipated reopening dates.

We know that many of our donors are eager to donate, and we are so grateful for all who have waited patiently for us to reopen. Your donations allow us to run our job-training program, and your loyalty means a lot.

We’ve made some changes to our donation process. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Initially, donations will be by appointment only. Visit our Schedule a Donation Appointment page and click on your specific store to make an appointment.
  • To keep everyone safe, we are starting a new touchless donation process. As part of this, we are asking all donors to pre-sort their items.
  • We will be quarantining donations before stocking the sales floor, which limits the amount of donations we can receive.
  • We are expecting that there may be many who want to donate, so please be prepared to wait in line. We may also need to close the drop-off early if we reach capacity for donations.
  • For the safety of everyone, we encourage donors to wear masks when dropping off items.
  • We also can no longer accept mattresses or box springs. See a full list of prohibited items below.

 Touchless Donation Process

1) Before arriving, please sort your donations into the following categories.

  • Clothes (all clothing items and household fabric items like tablecloths, curtains, sheets and blankets, pillows)
  • Electronics (computer equipment, stereos, Blu-ray players, cords, etc.)
  • Small as-is (toys, dinnerware, household goods, shoes, etc.)
  • Large items (furniture, large toys, outdoor items, exercise equipment, etc.)

2) Help us keep everyone safe by wearing a mask while donating. Once you arrive, please wait in your vehicle until it’s your turn to donate.

3) Place your boxes or bags in the designated bins. For large items, please follow the instructions provided by staff.

Thank you for your patience during this time!
