“We just kind of browse everything,” Eden says. “All the things.” 

Their go-to sections? The clothing, shoes, and household goods sections, where they’ve uncovered everything from vintage dishes to Zara pieces with the tags still on. 

“I found full antique pieces,” Eden shares. “And very high-end shoes. Fresh shoes.”

Hannah, who is newer to thrifting, found her footing thanks to Eden’s guidance. 

“I used to get so overwhelmed,” Hannah says. Everything was just so hard to look at. [I wondered], ‘How do you find anything good?’ But Eden was always finding good things, and she took me under her wing.” 

Their top thrifting tip? Check the new racks and come often. 

“You can skim over the things you’ve already seen,” Eden explains. “It’s easier to see the things you haven’t seen before.”

And while the finds are exciting, it’s the shared experience that keeps them coming back. 

“It’s more fun with a friend,” Hannah adds. “When I come by myself, I’m not as encouraged to find good things.”
