Katelin wants to be a dog trainer someday. To help her work towards this dream, she accepted a job as a DI associate and is now practicing important skills that will prepare her for the future. Katelin is building her confidence, improving her social skills, and learning how to forgive.

While she is sorting donations, Katelin likes connecting with her co-workers. In fact, her colleagues are her favorite thing about the job.

“The people are nice,” Katelin says. “They’re very helpful, and no one judges.”
