After an injury, Janice was unable to return to her former position as a machine operator. Around the same time, Janice adopted her two grandsons. She didn’t know how she was going to earn a living to support herself and her family.

 

“I went to Deseret Industries. And that was the best choice ever. Ever in my whole life. And I’m not just saying that,” said Janice. “The people here are beautiful people. They’re very understanding.”

 

During this time of change in Janice’s life, she has been able to get support at Deseret Industries. Now, Janice is hopeful in her search for a new job. “I’m trying to get a job online so I can be home with the boys and take care of them,” she said. “And I’d love to do something with helping people.”
